How long until my order is sent to the shipping company?

All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. If your order includes custom items, dispatching time may vary. You can check the status in your account.

 

What are the shipping fees?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in 3 ways:

  1. Via the tracking code provided in your email.

  2. By logging into your Roya account and selecting "Orders".

  3. By clicking on "Track My Order" on our homepage.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to select international destinations. To see if shipping is available to your location, please check the list of available countries on the Checkout page when entering your shipping address.

If your country is not listed, it means we do not offer shipping to your location at this time, but we are constantly working to expand our reach.

 

What if I wasn't home during delivery?

If you are unavailable, the shipping company will deliver the package to the nearest branch and inform you.

Please pick up your order within 3 days; otherwise, it will be returned to our warehouse.
